Stir fry vegetables with noodles are easy to make, healthy and nourishing. If you are on diet and want to reduce the intake of carbs add less noodles. Here is my 3 step guide:
Heat the wok with 1 tsp on oil and add the packet of ready stir fried vegetables. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes depending on how crunchy you like your vegetables.
In a separate pan boil some water and add noodles and cook for few minutes till they are soft.
Strain the noodles and add them to the vegetables. Spice up your dish with soya sauce, and garlic chilli sauce. I have used #Lee Kum Kee chilli garlic sauce as its Friday and I am feeling lazy to make my own sauce.
