3 Easy Step by Step guide to making Stir Fry Vegetables with Noodles

Today I made Stir Fry Vegetables and I thought I will share this recipe with you.  Its very easy to make and has three simple easy steps. On Tuesday 26th January I was at Women2Web meeting and few friends came and asked me  “If I was on diet and had enough of eating salads, which is fine, but sometimes I  want to eat something warm  and healthy what should  I  eat?”

I think soups are warm and healthy but I find unless I chew my food I don’t feel the satisfaction of eating a meal.

Stir fry vegetables with noodles are easy to make, healthy and nourishing. If you are on diet and want to reduce the intake of carbs add less noodles.

Choose your spice

When you’ve cooked the noodles and  vegetables you can spice up your dish with a spicy sauce to your tast.  Today I chose soya sauce and garlic chilli sauce. I have used #Lee Kum Kee chilli garlic sauce as it’s Friday and I am feeling lazy to make my own sauce.
