Indian Cooking Experience

Welcome to spring and learn to cook with some fresh vegetables. We will be cooking with some traditional Asian vegetables like Dudhi which is also known as bottle gourd,  Aubergine and Mix lentils to give us the protein. We will discuss the benefits of using herbs and spices to bring freshness, colour and flavour to our food.

Course detail

We will be making  dishes like:

  • Aubergine Spinach Curry
  • Aromatic Basmati Rice
  • Mix Lentil Dal with Ghee Tarka
  • Bottle Gourd Curry
  • Beetroot and Onion Salad
  • Date and nuts roll ( Healthy and sugar free)

We will make, taste the food you have prepared and have lots of fun cooking eating and chatting.

Recipe booklet and all ingredients are provided on the day.

Cost is only £70.00
