Enjoy Street Foods of India. Street foods of India are mouth watering dishes which are naughty but nice. Street food is cooked in front of you and eaten with fingers. We will be making some authentic but popular street dishes and working with spices and ingredients like dates, tamarind, coriander, garlic etc. A real treat for all food lovers! This Indian vegetarian Cooking experience is a must for all Food lovers who enjoy spicy food.
We will be making mouth watering dishes like:
- Potato balls made out of potatoes an
- Pav Bhaji made with 6 to 8 different vegetables and eaten with bread
- Chick peas Chat with a twist made with pulses and 3 chutneys and yogurt.
All these food need lots of accompaniments so we will also be learning how to make to chutneys and relishes to go with the Street Food.
- Red hot Garlic chutney,
- Green Coriander Chutney
- Brown Date and Tamarind Chutney
We will be using various vegetables, and working with tamarind, dates, coriander, garlic, ginger and other authentic spices.
You will have great fun and it’s a must class for those who like spicy but tasty food. Cost is only £75.00 and includes all ingredients and Recipe booklet.
We will be cooking, eating laughing and having a great fun.
