Thai cooking for Vegans

This is a special Thai cooking course created for healthy vegan cooking. Get your taste buds tingling with distinctive flavours of garlic, tamarind, chillies lemon grass. On Tuesday 25th January we will be cooking healthy vegan Thai food. We will be creating some yummy currys which you can make in batches and freeze it. We will be using various authentic ingredients like ginger, lemon grass, tofu, and papaya to cook these delicious dishes. You will learn some hand on tricks and tips, where to source these ingredients locally and how to store them so they keep fresh. You will have lots of opportunity to as questions and enjoy the food you have cooked.
The day will filled with lots of cooking and eating. Home cooking is time for fun with family and friends. These dishes are perfect for sharing. So rather than waiting, till later, maybe the new years resolution should be to “learn a new skill and share the joy of cooking with family and friends”.
All ingredients are provided and you will get a printed copy of the recipe booklet which you can take away to practice at home.

- Potatoes with ginger mushroom
- Red Thai sauce
- Red Thai Curry
- Coconut Thai Rice
- Fragrant Mushroom in Lettuce Leaves
- Green Papaya Salad
