On Saturday 8th February we will be creating a Thai Cooking experience which will be lot of fun. After learning the skills of cooking you can always impress your partner on the Valentines day!
Book your course early and discover the secrets of delicious Thai cooking. We will be using natural ingredients to make unique tasting ethnic cuisines, without any sacrifice on the taste. Thai food has the fragrance, spiciness and flavours as it has some of the exotic ingredients like chillies, lime, lemongrass and coconut milk. We will be using all these ingredients including tamarind, kaffir leaves, mushrooms and aubergine. The delicate aromas with strong flavours create this Umami elements of spicy, sweet salty and sour taste to get your taste buds tingling.
We will be creating exciting easy to prepare recipes. The cookery class is suitable for vegans and vegetarian food lovers where individuals will has choice of using either vegan or vegetarian ingredients of their choice. The class is suitable for all skill levels the only requirement is enthusiasm to learn and get cooking.

This class will have maximum of 6 participants so you will get lot of opportunity to ask questions, one to one tuition to ensure you leave with lots of new found skills and knowledge to prepare the dishes again and again to impress your family and friends.
Despite common belief that Thai food can be very spicy, when you are cooking you can choose to make the food hot, spicy, or fairly mild according to your own taste. You will be able to adapt the recipes at home to suit your own taste.
