Curry classes are one of our most popular, and we have a wide range of recipes for you to enjoy… we have all the classics such as Jalfrezi or Paneer Palak, as well as some more unusual recipes like karahi okra. Our class menus change according to what’s in season. We will guide you every step of the way to leave you with the confidence and knowledge to be able to whip up your favourite curries at home.

Once you have mastered the basics of blending spices to create your own curry, there is so much room for adapting your meals. You are in control if you don’t like chillies or coriander or are allergic to certain food , you can leave it out. Our classes are incredibly versatile and are a great way to use up ingredients you have lying round in your fridge or freezer as well as providing an excuse to experiment with all the spices in your spice rack.
