Recently listening to Radio 4 “You and Yours” Consumer programme where there was a discussion that fewer meals are cooked from scratch.

Few of us are cooking from scratch as we are time pressed, juggling work life balance: with full time job and children and a house to manage. Some of the other reasons discussed were lack of knowledge or inspiration, growth in ready made meals, part prepared meals, or we tried it and did not taste good. So we are always looking for inspirations, recipes and solutions which will save time, taste delicious and is easy to make.

Kapi Cho Potatoes
Today I am going to share with you how to make “Kapi Cho” potatoes. It needs no chopping and ready in 10 minutes. There are various versions of these but my recipe is a cheat recipe which I have created and it can be ready in 10 minutes.
1 cup of frozen fries
1 Table spoon to tomato Ketchup
1 Teaspoon of Soyasauce
1 table spoon of ready made sweet garlic and tomato paste
Step 1: In a pan heat the frozen potatoes turning them frequently till they are cooked and golden brown in colour. Add the tomato ketchup, soya sauce, and sweet garlic paste.
This is great party food and a favourite with children and all family members.
